Rita on the Brooklyn Bridge with Manhattan behind her.

A view up from the harbor tour boat.

Another shot from on the water.

The web of steel cables (first ever used for a bridge) that support the Brooklyn Bridge.

A couple of shots of the towers and arches that support the cables.

The pedestrian walkway above the roadway.

Almost back to the Manhattan side here, with Brooklyn in the background.

Leaving on Saturday morning we stopped for some more shots of the bridge, but with the bike
in them. These are in a park under the bridge on the brooklyn side.

Here the span of the bridge crosses the railing of the pier where Rita found her
"Seagull of Freedom" (seen on the main page) next to some inspirational poetry cut into the rail.
